- To obtain a refund, please make sure it is within 30 days of your invoice date. Include a copy of the invoice and why you are requesting a refund. Refunds are issued in the same payment method as it is received. Please allow 14 days for a refund to be processed. No refunds are issued for shipping & handling charges.
- To exchange product, again please make sure it is within 30 days of the incoice date. Please include a copy of the invoice and what you would like to exchange it for. Please allow 14 days for the exchange to be processed. Product is exchanged at the original purchase price.
- We do not allow multiple exchanges.
